An ICU nurse who was fired for having an OnlyFans account has revealed how she keeps the passion alive in her marriage.
Allie Rae, 38, from America, is a wife of 22 years, mother to three boys and has now become a multi-millionaire thanks to the subscription site.
Her most popular content involves her using fresh vegetables and her fans give her a "monthly grocery allowance" so she can purchase more vegetables for her pleasure.

While her job involves sexual acts, she makes sure to not neglect her and her husband’s sex life.
She’s also shared her advice for those who are struggling to keep the passion in their relationship.
“Take care of yourself, don't give up on maintaining your appearance or impressing your partner. When you look good, you feel good, and that definitely brings more confidence in the bedroom,” she told Daily Star.

“I hate when I hear that couples have to schedule their sex, that seems weird to me as I think that takes the fun out of it. Don't schedule it, just let it happen when the moment is right.
“If that ‘moment’ happens to be in your master bedroom closet at 4pm on a Sunday while you're doing laundry because he walked by and your butt looked cute, well then lock the damn door and make it happen! The kids will be fine for 10 minutes.”
Allie loves spontaneous sex and believes that this is key to a healthy marriage.
She also said it’s crucial that people start communicating what they like with their partner.
“I think it's important to spice it up. There was a time years ago when I could not even articulate what turned me on in the bedroom, simply because it wasn't ever something I even thought about,” the 38-year-old explained.

“But once I did start talking about my dirty thoughts with my husband it was a game changer.
“I also love to send my husband nudes and do so every day. I think his responses and seeing how excited he gets and how much he enjoys them brings my confidence up too, which ultimately makes our sex life even better. Send your man those nudes ladies!”
Allie met her husband when she was 17 and he was 18 when she was in the navy and stationed in his home town of Minnesota.
The pair met on a night out and were married less than a year later and quickly started having kids – and they haven’t been separated ever since.
Because they had children so young, Allie says they missed out on the experimental stage.

So, when their sons got older and were more self-sufficient, Allie and her husband started focusing on bringing youth back into their marriage.
“We always felt much younger at heart than we were by our age and we have never let our age get in the way of doing what we wanna do,” she shared.
“We will hit up a college bar and hang with the best of them like no other and people never even blink an eye at our age.
“This has really impacted our sex life because sex just comes naturally. We have fun together, we laugh together, we enjoy each other's company and naturally, that makes you want to be more intimate.”
Allie worries that too many couples get caught up in their work, kids, sport and church and never make the effort to go out and have fun with each other.

She also believes that women often let themselves go once they’ve settled down.
“I think a lot of women give up too, they stop taking care of themselves and pour 100% into the kids and unfortunately the man then starts to turn his eyes elsewhere, which ultimately makes the wife feel more insecure. It's a domino effect,” she said.
“When women feel sexy they want to be more sexual. Now don't get me wrong, I certainly did the nine-to-five and mum stuff too, but I realised now I am a much better mother when I am balanced and my marriage is strong and I have learned to make that a priority as well.”
Allie says that sex is an integral part of keeping the romance alive in a marriage.
When she was a nurse, she was shocked when she’d overhear other nurses in the break room saying it had been months since they’d had sex with their husbands.

Allie and her husband make sure to have sex every day – sometimes more than once.
“Obviously there have been times when we have had to go two to three days without it due to travel or some other reason, but there is no way we are willingly skipping sex.
“It's no wonder so many women and men hate their partners. Sex is so important and a huge part of a relationship, to let that go and not make that a priority is a big issue and I don't know many marriages that survive long-term like that.
“I would say if you are not having sex at least one to two times a week, there is an issue that needs to be dealt with.”
